MAYKHER will, at all times, comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). MAYKHER will only collect and processes your data if we have a legal right to do so. Ways of which we would collect your data are outlined below:
3.1 At times collecting your personal information is a necessity. We need your name, address and either a phone number or email address for us to fulfil orders kindly made on our website (www.maykher.com). Emails and/or phone numbers are required to follow up should there be any updates we need to give to you on your order.
3.2 Our current secure payment provider is PAYPAL, they need to receive your bank card details in exchange for your order. We do not have access to this payment information and therefore do not retain any of this information, at any time.
3.3 If you sign up for our newsletter on our website you will be giving consent for us to contact you via that email address. We promise never to spam your email and it will only be used for us to share new and exciting things happening here at MAYKHER, and/or offers and competitions that you might enjoy. If you would like to unsubscribe from the mailing list you can do so at any time, just click unsubscribe on your mailing list email or contact us on info@maykher.com and we’ll ensure you’re removed (although we’ll miss you!).
3.4 Addresses, e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers received as part of an enquiry are only retained as long as the enquiry remains open and the information is deleted from our database 28 days after the enquiry is considered closed.
3.5 If legally required, in order to comply with the law, we may, under very rare circumstances, need to release data about specific individual(s).
3.6 As referenced in 1. Introduction, your personal data will never be sold, rented or leased to any third parties.

At times we need to share some of your personal data to third parties in order for us to best fulfil our commitment to you. These third parties are outlined below:

MAYKHER have made appropriate efforts to ensure any information saved with us is safe and secure. We have also ensured that any third parties as references in; 4. Sharing you Data, are of a high quality and are well respected industry leaders in their field and/or when appropriate, GDPR compliant. Please note that any passwords created whilst generating an account with MAYKHER are encrypted and we have no access to this information, it will be your sole responsibly to ensure the safe keeping of this password.

You have a lot of rights surrounding your data and how it is used and processed, and we will support you in those rights.
Information Held – You have the right to request the information that may be held about you at any time.
